I have been practicing Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga for over 22 years and I am a Certified Yoga Instructor from Integrative Yoga Training Programs in California, as well as from the Institute for Hollistic Yoga in Miami. My most recent certification was in 2019 with Y4C (Yoga4Cancer training).

Integrative Yoga

Integrative Yoga Therapy is the integration of the basic philosophies of Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. It is a moving meditation in which you learn to connect the mind and body.  The benefits are countless.  It will help you develop a strong body beyond your potential.  It will help your concentration and clear your mind.  And of course, it will help your balance as well. 

Integrative Yoga Therapy has many physiological benefits but most importantly, it is a time for you to develop the connection between yourself and your higher power… the connection of the mind, body, and soul.

Yoga4Cancer is a modified class geared for post op cancer individuals that are looking to manage stress and anxiety, improve their well-being, increase muscle flexibility, bone strengthening, improve immune function, reduce pain and support weight management.
